Nextdoor has launched 'Open for Business' powered by RBC* to give businesses new tools to boost and grow their presence in their local neighbourhood.
We know the challenges local businesses have faced this year so starting in November all businesses on Nextdoor will be able to add themselves to a new 'Open for Business' directory and access new features enabling them to publish one Business Post for free** each month to share vital information such as new opening hours, updated ways of operating or delivery options. RBC business clients will be able to take advantage of two additional posts each month as well as one free local deal!***

If you are new to Nextdoor and want to join as a business, fill out your details and click the Create business page link. Then, fill in your business information and verify to access all features.
If you've joined Nextdoor as a neighbour and would like to connect your business account to your member account, simply sign in using the email and password for your member account. Then, choose your account type, fill in your business information and verify.
Business Posting
Create a post to your local neighbourhood newsfeed to share your businesses story with your neighbours, let customers know about a change in your opening hours, update them about what's in stock, or ask people for suggestions on a new menu item.
Local Deals
Get discovered locally and target exactly the neighbourhoods and postal codes you want with Local Deals. Customize your Local Deal to meet your business goals whether it's to attract new customers, drive online traffic or increase sales.

Important information
1. Promotion runs from November 9, 2020. Nextdoor reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
2. RBC Business clients on Nextdoor will receive three free Business Post per month for six months and one free post per month after. Non-RBC customers will receive one free Business Post per month during the promotion period.
3. RBC business clients on Nextdoor within the promotion period will receive one free Local Deal, which must be posted within 60 days of receipt.
4. All memberships on Nextdoor are subject to the Member Agreement.
